Billing questions
What's included in the 15-day trial?
The full feature set, no license key required. The trial is locked to one PC's hardware and works once per machine.
What does "Lifetime" mean?
You pay once and use the program with no time limit: no subscription, renewals or repeat charges. All future program updates work with the same key.
How many computers does a key work on?
Two — for example, the machine and an office PC. To move the key to a new PC, click "Deactivate device" in the program on the old one and the seat is freed. If the old computer broke or the system was reinstalled, reset the bindings yourself on the binding reset page (at most once every 30 days) or write to us.
Does the machine need internet?
Only to activate the key. After that the program works offline. When internet is available, the program checks the key at startup.
