Turn G-code END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

THE KEY POINTS (does not replace the text below)

You get the right to use the program on one computer.
The program creates machine code from the data YOU enter. YOU are responsible for that data being correct, and you must double-check it and dry-run ("air cut") the program before cutting.
Running a program on a machine is at your own risk.

1. PARTIES AND TERMS

1.1. "Licensor" means Mykola Dorosh, an individual, Ukraine, trading as FIFTY LINE. Contact: support · turngcode.com.

1.2. "Software" means Turn G-code, a generator of turning-cycle G-code programs, with its installer and related files.

1.3. "User" means anyone who installs or uses the Software (also "the buyer").

1.4. "Platform" means Creem (creem.io), through which the purchase is made. The Platform handles payment, taxes and refunds under its own terms, which the User accepts at checkout.

2. LICENCE

2.1. The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software under this agreement during the trial period or for the paid subscription term.

2.2. One licence (one key) allows use on one computer. The key is bound to the computer on activation. To move a key to another computer, contact support.

2.3. All rights in the Software, its source code, encrypted modules, name and logos remain with the Licensor. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2.4. G-code programs the User creates with the Software belong to the User, who may use them freely, including commercially.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Except where the law expressly forbids such restrictions, the User shall not:

a) copy, decompile or disassemble the Software, extract its source code, encrypted modules or keys, or modify it;

b) bypass, disable or forge the licence check, expiry, computer binding or clock-rollback protection;

c) transfer, sell or rent the key or the Software to third parties, or publish the key;

d) use the Software so that it is in effect provided to third parties as a service;

e) remove copyright notices.

4. TRIAL, SUBSCRIPTION, LICENCE CHECKS

4.1. The trial lasts 15 days from first launch. Internet access is needed to start it and for the first generation: the Software downloads once from our server the key that decrypts its modules.

4.2. A paid licence is valid for the selected term. When it ends, the Software stops generating code until renewal.

4.3. The Software contacts the licence server to activate a key and, when online, to check its status. Offline, it works until the expiry recorded at the last check.

4.4. The Licensor may revoke a key for breach of this agreement, refunded payment, proven fraud or issuance by mistake. After revocation the Software stops working at the next launch with internet access.

5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

5.1. Purchases are made through the Platform. Price, taxes, payment methods and refunds are governed by the Platform's terms and https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms.

5.2. The trial period exists so the User can test the Software before buying.

6. DATA CHECKING, AIR-CUT DRY RUN AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESULTS

6.1. The Software creates machine code from parameters entered by the User. It does not know the specific machine, controller, tool, workpiece, fixture or machine settings, so the result may be unsuitable for a particular job. The Software and its preview (simulation) are auxiliary and illustrative only and do not replace checking by a qualified person.

6.2. CORRECT INPUT. The User is fully responsible for the correctness of all entered data: blank and part dimensions, lengths, depths, units (mm/inch), coordinate system and work offsets, tool number and offsets, safe positions and retracts, feeds, speeds, M-codes and the chosen controller dialect. The User must double-check the entered data before generating and again after generating, comparing the resulting code with the drawing and the process plan.

6.3. AIR-CUT DRY RUN (MANDATORY). Before the first run of every program the User must review the code and perform a dry run in the air: without a workpiece or with the tool retracted to a safe distance, with reduced feed and rapid override, ready to stop the machine, checking the path, offsets, travel limits and safe retracts. Cutting is permitted only after a successful dry run.

6.4. Running programs on a machine is solely at the User's own risk and responsibility. The Licensor is not liable for the consequences of incorrectly entered data, a missed or insufficient dry run, or incorrect machine and controller settings, including damage to machines, tools, fixtures and workpieces, scrap, downtime, injury or any other harm.

7. NO WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors, to the extent permitted by law.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. The Licensor's total liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the Software in the last 12 months.

7.3. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. DATA

The data we process is described in the Privacy Policy: turngcode.com, section "Privacy".

9. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

The Licensor may release updates. Support is provided at support · turngcode.com within a reasonable time. The Licensor may change the Software's functionality and the terms for future purchases.

10. TERMINATION

This agreement lasts while the User uses the Software. On breach the Licensor may terminate the licence. After termination the User removes the Software; the terms on rights, restrictions, liability and governing law survive.

11. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Software includes third-party free software under its own licences: see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and the licenses folder. Those licences are not limited by this agreement.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. The parties try to settle disputes by negotiation, otherwise as provided by the applicable law. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of the User's country of residence.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By installing or using the Software the User confirms that they have read and accept this agreement, including Section 6 on the duty to check data and perform an air-cut dry run. A User who disagrees must not install the Software and must remove it.
